The School Vision
Where all can develop as individuals, work together and learn in a peaceful, creative and positive environment.
The Aims of the school are as follows:
§ To create a happy, secure environment in which all children are valued equally.
§ To develop self-respect, self-discipline and an awareness of the needs of others in order to encourage independence and a sense of responsibility.
§ To provide an environment an environment which is stimulating and supportive and presents a range of learning opportunities which meet the requirements of the National Curriculum and beyond.
§ To encourage children to become enthusiastic, independent learners.
§ To achieve the highest standards of attainment and enable all children to reach their full potential in all aspects of school life.
§ To work closely with parents and to foster links with the wider community.
§ To promote equal opportunities for all regardless of gender, race, ability or cultural background.
A new school is currently being built on our existing site, with completion scheduled for summer 2009 and occupancy for September 2009.
